Please read carefully before registration

Cancellation and Payment Policy
  • All registrations and optional payments are final once payment is completed. Cancellations are not accepted, and fees are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization for a fee of JPY 5,000 before the registration deadline. Please contact the Secretariat office at evtmasia2026@visionbridge.jp
  • Payment is accepted by credit card only.

Vision Bridge, LLC. has been appointed by EVTM Asia 2026 for the purposes of receiving registration and any associated fees and managing the funding requirements needed for operation of the Conference.
Kindly note for this specific payments, it will show "Vision Bridge T-Office" on your credit card statement.

The registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception
